General terms and conditions
Property
We reserve ourselves the property at the supplied
articles up to the entrance of all payments from the business
relation. With behavior contrary to the terms of the agreement
of the orderer, in particular with delay of payment, we are entitled
to take the order back. In the withdrawal by us no
cancellation of the contract is present. Utilization
proceeds are taken into account on the commitments of the orderer.

Order
By an order in our Onlineshop the client
recognizes expressly our supply and shipping terms mentioned.
All specified forwarding expenses contain both the costs of the
packing, and the postage costs. Our offers are not not-binding, intermediate sale [ national - international stock exchange/] remains reserving and it
exist for us an obligation for supply. Incompletely filled out on-line orders are not worked on.
Feed
If the packing exhibits outward damage with the
feed, the acceptance should be refused for your part with an
